Heimdall Power, a leading power technology company based in Norway with operations in nearly 20 countries, was fresh off a $25 million funding round and was eager to establish its presence in Charlotte’s South End, one of the city’s hottest commercial sub-markets.
Heimdall’s requirements were clear: they needed a space that could support their rapid growth, attract top talent, and offer easy access to industry partners.
