Heimdall Power Finds new home for US HQ in Charlotte’s SouthEnd.

Charlotte, NC, September 2024 – Growing companies move fast—and so does Legacy Real Estate Advisors. On July 29th, Heimdall Power’s President of North American

operations, Brita Formato, reached out to Legacy Broker and Partner, Monte Ritchey https://www.legacycre.com/team/monte-ritchey/  to find a location for the company’s North American headquarters. Heimdall Power, a leading power technology company based in Norway with operations in nearly 20 countries, was fresh off a $25 million funding round and was eager to establish its presence in Charlotte’s South End, one of the city’s hottest commercial sub-markets.

Heimdall’s requirements were clear: they needed a space that could support their rapid growth, attract top talent, and offer easy access to industry partners. Legacy Real Estate Advisors quickly mobilized to deliver on those needs. In just seven weeks, Heimdall Power was fully operational in its new offices where they have established its new North American headquarters.
