NoDa Yoga is thrilled to offer a brand new location beginning in February 2015, as the studio moves to their forever home above Cabo Fish Taco on North Davidson Street.
Owned and operated by Jillian Longsworth and Maria Hallowell, NoDa Yoga is a small studio with a BIG heart. Classes are designed to be intimate in size, offering a unique opportunity to progress in yoga through increased teacher-student contact. Special programs for veterans, children, and seniors are offered along with a full suite of standard, gentle, yin, and beginner yoga styles.
