North American Properties has tapped a leasing team for Birkdale Village, with plans to revamp the retail experience at that Huntersville mixed-used development.
Adam Williams, will lead those efforts along with NAP’s Adam Schwegman and Molly Morgan.
This team has led leasing strategies for top shopping and entertainment destinations in the Southeast, including Optimist Hall in Optimist Park, Vantage South End and Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia, a $1 billion, dense mixed-use development.
Birkdale was the first real gathering spot from a retail standpoint the entire region could get behind, Williams says. It dates to 2000.
