Kate began her journey in the commercial real estate industry in 2015 and joined Legacy a little over a year later in 2016. Since that time, Kate has been dedicated to growing the retail focused team with one of Legacy's top performing partners, Adam Williams.
As part of the retail team, Kate runs point on Tenant representation efforts, assisting a diverse array of clientele, from local small business owners and first-time franchisees, to sophisticated investors and national retail corporate brands.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys all things fitness and travels often seeking out the latest and greatest in plant-based cuisine. You can find her traveling to Miami for the food and beaches, checking out the newest restaurant/patio openings in Charlotte, or blading down the rail trail in South End.
