Geoff Partel Legacy Associate Broker
Before joining Legacy in December 2022, Geoff worked in commercial real estate in Charlotte for one year. Some of his past positions include being a national top performer for Ecolab in New York City, as well as overseeing a network of international dealers and re-sellers within the hospitality sector at Honeywell. He also helped take a tech start-up public by bringing in a number of strategic accounts; however, he never forgets where it all started by pounding the pavement in his first sales job at Pitney Bowes, "Getting kicked around the sweltering streets of Washington, DC was some of the best training I ever had," Geoff says. He currently has several notable listings throughout the Charlotte region in the works.
In his free time, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage sons. He's always up for adventure by exploring, taking road trips, and checking out live music and sporting events. If lucky, he may even get a chance to hit the slopes.
“It’s great to help clients, of course, but more than anything else, I love the thrill of the hunt,” says Geoff of why he enjoys working in commercial real estate.
