Legacy LLC., would like to congratulate WGM Design on the successful sale of 916 W 5th St. Rodney Faulkner and Monte Ritchey represented the seller. The building is located inside of the 227 loop, in the Gate Way Village District of Uptown Charlotte. It was just shy of 7,500 sq ft and had 22 parking spaces. The building will be the new home of a local architectural firm who was represented by Kenny Smith and Holly Alexander of New South Properties.
